Schools are now expected to publish an Inclusion Strategy that identifies barriers to learning and participation and sets out how they will strengthen inclusion for all learners. This practical workshop will support school and trust leaders to move from guidance to action.

Through expert facilitation, worked examples, structured reflection and real examples from schools already developing their Inclusion Strategies, participants will explore how to identify barriers, prioritise areas for development and begin translating these into strategic actions and intended outcomes. The session combines a clear overview of DfE expectations with practical support for developing an evidence-informed Inclusion Strategy that reflects the needs of your school.

Participants will leave with greater confidence, practical planning tools and a framework for leading the next stage of strategy development.
