Immersion Day +1
You may be looking to engage with us as a group. If this is the case, we recommend booking an Immersion Day +1, which includes an Immersion Day at Carr Manor and a follow up day, based in a setting local to your group.
The +1 day is delivered in-person by senior staff from Carr Manor Community School. You would organise a venue of your choice for this day, with the intention that this is convenient to the local leaders attending.
Our Immersion Day +1 is for groups of 15-21 people. Please contact us to discuss costings.
What an Immersion Day +1 looks like
We deliver the Inclusive Cultures model and framework design tool to support settings develop their inclusive practice. The Immersion Days can have a particular focus, for example, SEND, autism in schools, curriculum and inclusion (behaviour and attitudes).
The day introduces the ways of thinking that led to the practice observed on the Immersion Day. This also supports the development of a shared language between schools, supporting ongoing collaboration.

Designed for groups of school leaders committed to building inclusive culture, senior leaders from Carr Manor Community School will visit a setting local to delegates to deliver an immersive experience. Delegates will experience first-hand the way we work, will learn about our journey towards an inclusive culture and will reflect on their own next steps.
