Coaching Implementation
Coaching has been an integral part of the way we work at Carr Manor Community School since 2005.
It means that every single child in our school has a trusted adult they can speak to, who advocates for them, and who supports not just them, but their family too.

What our Coaching Implementation offer looks like
You will learn how we implemented Coaching into our school, and embedded its practices into everyday school life. You will hear how staff and children speak about Coaching and how it impacts them.
We will support your organisation with the development of systems and practices that are appropriate for your context. This offer would take place at Carr Manor and will be a skills-focused day, designed to support the implementation of small group pastoral structures in your own setting.
