Immersion Day on The Road
An Immersion Day on The Road means we travel to you. This allows for larger numbers (so far we have delivered this for 120 people) from your locality to access the Immersion Day experience in a setting local to you. Senior leaders from Carr Manor Community School will travel to the agreed location to deliver our immersive experience.
Delegates will experience first-hand the way we work, will learn about our journey towards an inclusive culture and will reflect on their own next steps and how this way of working can be incorporated into their practice.

A full immersion day at Carr Manor Community School with a follow up day in the delegates’ local setting. The follow up day introduces the Inclusive Cultures Model and allows time for senior leaders to design frameworks for implementing inclusive practice in their setting.
